Abstract
The article describes the looks with pluralism of views of foreign scientists of the last century (in the estimation of modern researchers) on the essence and the nature of creativity, both internal and external factors for its development; shown diversity of views on the structure and content of creativity and the programs of her development as a basis of creative activity.
