AbstractThe peculiarities of strategic and non-strategic barriers to entry into the market of building services in the region. It is shown that industry-specific features of the construction sector could lead to restrictions of competition in the construction market in the region. Restriction of competition give rise to opportunities to build competitive advantage members self-regulatory organization and the benefits of misconduct construction market participants.
