Advantages, lacks and complexities of conducting the administrative account at the enterprises of the Russian Federation are analyzed. Factors of business dealing, maintenance of a high level of management and competitiveness are detailed. Features of functioning of firms are concretized, offers and recommendations on growth of efficiency of their work are formed.
