Abstract
In the article the review describes the evolution of system of legal and doctrinal principles of domestic criminal law in relation to the principles of criminal law of several countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States and some other. The novelty of the study is that it assesses the contemporary state of the theory of principles of domestic criminal law, with the result that the authors made suggestions to expand this list and flesh out their content.
