Abstract
The subject of the study is a comprehensive study of the legal nature of the Institute of judicial decisions as the basis for the existence of the employment relationship. In the course of this research, the author used the comparative legal methods associated with the identification of the legal nature of the Institute, as well as methods of interpretation to determine the importance of the institution in General legal system of the grounds.
