Abstract
Advantages, lacks and complexities of development of aircraft construction in Russia are analyzed, historical aspects of conducting the given business in our country are discussed, factors of maintenance of a high level of management and competitiveness are considered. Features of functioning of the aviabuilding organizations are concretized, offers and recommendations on growth of efficiency of their work, a gain of a share of the market on international scene are formed.
