Abstract
In this article the mechanism of joint financing of a health system through application of private sources of financing is considered. Development of this mechanism will allow to raise in addition financial means which the medical organizations will be able to invest in increase in efficiency of activity. Synergy of the compulsory health insurances systems and voluntary health insurance is necessary for further improvement of health care and for increase in the standard of living in general.
