Abstract
The article focuses on the organization of training bachelors of linguistics within the course of second diploma in a non-linguistics educational institution (technical university). New approaches to traditional foreign language teaching practice are discussed. The department experience in providing in-class and out-of- class foreign language learning is highlighted.
