Abstract
The principles of compulsory social insurance against accidents at work and occupational diseases have a number of peculiarities. A broad reflection in the norms of the law was the principle of guaranteeing the rights of the insured to provide insurance coverage. The rest of the principles enshrined in the law relate to this principle as a central one, determining the approach to the organization of compensation for harm suffered by accidents at work and occupational diseases.
