Abstract
In the present work the key role in psychological mechanisms of generating and understanding of speech is given to processes of consciousness, verbal thinking and understanding of meanings of the words used for reproducing of mental and language representations that are subjective in their essence. It is shown, that generating and understanding of speech are influenced by individual conceptual system of the subject.
