Abstract
This article is dedicated towards reviewing the main values and issues of social synergetic, which is the social ideal in society. However, the conducted research allows us to claim that synergetic is necessary to study the dynamics of sociocultural processes. The social ideal is a representation of what people deem to be a desirable transformation of reality, which proceeds from their idea of the ideal. This defines the course of society's history and makes this issue multi-faceted.
