Abstract
This paper discusses the issues of the organization of the consumer credit of the PJSC "Promsvyazbank" and provides a comparative characteristics of bank consumer lending products to customers belonging to different segments. The paper presents the main measures to improve the efficiency of the PJSC "Promsvyazbank".
