Abstract
This article deals with the peculiarities of the organization of public service in the Commonwealth of Independent States countries, particularly in Armenia and Kazakhstan. The current state of development of the public service in the Commonwealth of Independent States countries has a different legislation. Some are at the stage of full-scale and profound changes, the other localized in the stage of completion or modernization.
