Abstract
The article attempts to define the legal nature of certifying text notary. Background associated with the desire of the legislator to introduce compulsory notarial form of real estate transactions. The introduction of such standards would require notarized transaction give additional properties and guarantees. The article provides an overview of foreign law on the subject.
