Abstract
St. 185.3 of the Criminal code of the Russian Federation is relatively new. Practice its application is still only being developed. However, cases of prosecution for market manipulation of single. One of the reasons is the poor quality of legal technology article 185.3 of the Code. The authors formulate a new version of part 1 of article 185.3 of the criminal code; I propose to include new aggravating circumstances, as well as develop a number of recommendations that can improve the efficiency of the Russian law on countering market manipulation.
