Abstract
The article considers the main directions of effective simulation of the formation of pedagogical culture of the employees of the penal correction system, the implementation of which requires the employees of high pedagogical culture, expressed in the following main pedagogical conditions: the inclusion of prisoners in active socially useful activity; support in the process of re-education on the positive qualities of the person; a combination of differential and individual approaches.
