Abstract
The article deals with the phonetic features of dialect Semeiskie in consonant. The uniqueness of this dialect was formed under the influence of factors such as isolation from maternal ethnicity, inodialektnoe, other cultures and inokonfessionalnoe environment. Dialects are Semeiskie biostrovnymi complexity; resettlement dialects of the second type. At the same time a certain isolation of the Old Believers allowed them to preserve not only their beliefs, rituals, traditions and way of life, but also a single foreign language and dialect in inodialektnom environment.
