Abstract
The article deals with the problem of conflicts in the process of inter-ethnic communication in the educational institution. It focuses on the issue of conflict resolution by means of the teaching staff. It is shown that the competence of the teacher plays an important role in the formation of a favorable atmosphere of the educational process. Modern teacher must have a whole set of knowledge and skills in the field of conflict management as well as the safety of this type of professional activity depends on the ability to convert destructive conflict into constructive. It is proposed to take into account certain factors, to avoid conflict and to carry out several conditions for their settlement.
