Abstract
The article describes the concepts used as a theoretical and philosophical premises integration of states in Eurasia and Latin America. Produced by comparative analysis. On the basis of the historical method to study the main milestones of the formation of cultural and ideological identity of states in Eurasia and Latin America. An attempt was made to identify both the specific features and general aspects of Latin American and Eurasian integration in the ideological and spiritual level.
