Abstract
The article investigates the abstract art of the early XX century. We consider the ideas of the French philosopher Bergson and the German philosopher Ostwald, influenced the worldview and artistic and philosophical conception of abstractionism. The article also analyzes the art works of Kandinsky, Miro and Mondrian.
