THE CONNECTION BETWEEN THE RELATIONSHIP STYLE AND THE LEVEL OF BUSINESS ORGANIZATION EMPLOYEES’ JOB SATISFACTION

Abstract
The article discusses the issue of connection between the style of relationship and the level of job satisfaction. In this regard, the issue of socio-psychological climate in working collective is raised; interpersonal relationships in a working group and the human relation to labour (working) activity are considered. During the research the results showing what styles of relationships the stakeholders organizing themselves comfortable pastime at their workplace appeal to are obtained.
