Abstract
This article analyzes the actual problem how to create and develop communication skills during adolescence. It presents some results of the author's empirical research, which demonstrate the power of social networking sites to form the communicative competence. So the formation of communicative skills is seen as almost independent process of human’s psycho-physiological characteristics.
