Abstract
The article analyzes the current trends and changes in the Russian banking sector in the context of the impact transnatsonationalisation of capital and globalization. Was determined the main factors affecting on the process of globalization, affecting the state of the banking sector of the Russian economy, as well as existing and potential results of this impact. Was determined the necessity of rapid development of international financial centers at the regional level and to the international with state support.
