Abstract
The article is devoted to the legal status of young professionals engaged in various forms of employment in Austria. The author reveals the matters related to the legal formalization, remuneration, provision of additional guarantees for this people. The author makes conclusion that there are some problems in this sphere in the Republic of Austria.
