This article is devoted to analysis of dynamics and structure of public debt of the Russian Federation. The dynamics of the amount of the surplus and deficit budgets of regions. A comparative assessment of the level of debt burden of the Russian Federation at the beginning of 2016. The conclusions about the level of their debt burden.
