Abstract
The article deals with basic steps and results of the research into phraseology as a means of formation of communicative competence of students at the level of secondary vocational education. Experimental part of the study was carried out at the State Budget Professional Educational Institution of Sverdlovsk Region “Nizhny Tagil Pedagogical College One”.
