Abstract
The paper describes the possibility of building the foundations of pedagogical activity in a model of modern education, guaranteeing the quality of the individual mastering the basics of social and educational practice of self-identification and self-realization, self-development and socialization. Personal development is the basic mechanism of optimization of conditions of pedagogical activity in educational and cultural model.
