Abstract
This article analyzes the problems that directly affect the majority of Russian companies, namely the legal relations in the field of evaluation of agricultural land. The author touches upon the problem, whiling away lies in the market and nonmarket value of agricultural land in the cadastral evaluation of the land Fund.
