Abstract
The article analyzes the problem of family breakdown as a modern problem in the sociological and psychological studies. Carefully studied the latest Russian works devoted to the stated problem. Statistical analysis was carried out for a clear understanding of the possible trajectories. Family breakdown strengths and weaknesses are identified. In conclusion (psycho)corrective recommendations are given.
