Abstract
In order to protect the interests of the parties in enforcement proceedings, to prevent the restriction or deprivation of the rights of third persons not parties to the enforcement proceedings, as well as to the activities of the Federal Bailiff Service of the Russian Federation did not go beyond the law, it is necessary to use a mechanism of protection of the rights established by the legislation. One of the possible forms of the implementation of this mechanism is challenging the actions (inaction) of a bailiff in court.
