Abstract
In article the essence of the system analysis and its practical application on busi-ness process of response to applications from the population is considered. Served as object of research company of the Nizhny Novgorod Region which is engaged in providing housing-and-municipal services to the population. The purpose of work is development of recommendations of improvement of business processes in company on the basis of the system analysis.
