Abstract
An article describes the methodological aspects for usage of cognitive modeling in studying and transforming of the exter-nal world. The perspective and possibilities of cognitive models and real experiments under studying of physical objects and brain functions are discussed. The role of instrumental methods for objective exploring of consciousness are also considered.
