Abstract
The Russian Federation has created real operating bodies of the judicial community, their status is fixed at the level of the federal law. Such authorities are taking an important role in the implementation of the principle of independence. They have broad powers to the formation of the judiciary of the state, according to the professional activities of judges and career management of procedures to attract the judge liable for disciplinary violations, according to the legal regulation of organization of the judicial system as a whole and each judge in particular.
