Abstract
The article investigates the formation of the structure and the process of accumulation of meaning in the structure of ecological principles and legal system. Knowledge of the principles as theoretical constructs ecological and legal system should be considered in the position of socio-philosophical knowledge, allowing to expand the horizon of vision of regulatory processes in the contextual field of subject-object relations in the field of social and environmental reality. Ideological coordinates refractive component of the legal regulation of social and natural systems appear active, multifunctional structures and are essential in the transformation of social and natural systems.
