Abstract
As one of the basic phenomena of human existence, love bares its main contradictions, breaking the human I along the lines of "body – soul – spirit." The article is devoted to the question of necessity of the analysis of the phenomenon of love, which allows maximum focus on the ontology of human being, thus more closely approaching the understanding of its essence and nature, "captured" in unity.
