BRITISH CRIMINAL LAW: TERRITORIAL JURISDICTION ON CYBERCRIMES

Abstract
In this paper we analyzed the statutory law of UK against cybercrimes. We did it because, we strongly need to know how british domestic criminal jurisdiction take action adroad. In same time we reviewed some judicial precedents for that. So we offered several recommendations for the settlement of conflicts of jurisdiction, on the basis of foreign experience.
