Abstract
Gender relations, the interaction of people of different sexes in a joint activity are more often becoming the object of socio-psychological research. This paper analyzes the conflicts in interpersonal gender relations, causes of the intensification of antagonism in interpersonal communication between men and women, gender aspects of marital and organizational conflicts (their shapes, behavior of the parties of the conflict), and provides recommendations for their resolution.
