Abstract
The article deals with concept and the basic types of bank customer loyalty, but also its significance for growth efficiency sales bank products and services, is presented concept evaluation loyalty customers, order of evaluation, it advantages and disadvantages, proposed system evaluation, based on existing, adapted for the banking sector.
