RUSSIAN’S POLICY LEGAL FOUNDATIONS OF CONCERNING THE LIEGES OF THE OTTOMAN EMPIRE DURING THE RUSSIAN-TURKISH WAR OF 1877–1878

Abstract
The article analyzes some rules of law of one of most important legal acts of the Russian-Turkish war of 1877–1878 period: «Regulations are founded on international treaties and principles of international law, Russia intend to be guided by in relations with Turkey and its lieges and in relations with neutral states and neutral trade, in connection with the war with Turkey».
