In this article a number of the main problems of staff recruitment which face at employment applicants is considered. This subject is, certainly, actual as ensuring competitiveness of the enterprise in the market, updating and increase in production goods and services depends on competent staff recruitment. In article solutions of problems are analysed, recommendations for successful filling of staff of the organization are made. As in modern conditions effective functioning of any organization first of all is defined by extent of development of its personnel.
