Abstract
It is well known that the fundamental law of Russia Constitution of the Russian Federation, contains a list of fundamental human rights and freedoms. They are implemented through the adoption of special laws regulating in more detail the procedures and the use of these rights and freedoms. In this article we are talking about some of the problems of understanding and of the provisions of the Constitution on citizens' rights to health and medical care.
