Abstract
This article describes an example of the Faculty of Physical Culture of Novokuznetsk branch of the institute "Kemerovo State University" the practice of determination of socialization and quality of research and personal fulfillment in the professional education model. Continuing professional education is determined in connection with the secondary professional education system and staff training in graduate school.
