Abstract
This article is devoted to the review of the main philosophical problems of modern chemistry. In chemistry there are problems which it can't independently solve. Article informs on such problems as a problem of allocation and relationship of conceptual chemical systems, a problem of attraction of chemical elements in production of new materials, a problem of integrity of natural sciences.
