Abstract
The article deals with wrongful acts, with the participation of Turkish prisoners of war interned in Russia in 1877–1878. In the process of using archival documents and published sources the author distinguishes the main varieties of unlawful acts; systematize these wrongful acts; provides specific examples; formulates the reasons and conditions conducive to the commission of these offenses.
