Abstract
The paper describes the possibility of determination and practice category "education" as a condition for the successful development of the individual in the system of continuing professional education. Quality deterministic concepts determined by the specific choice of making a productive self-realization. Teaching methodology defines the future possibilities and conditions for teachers clarify categorical apparatus, including the numbers and categories of "education". The specifics of the choice of methodological approaches - the practice of personalized selection of optimal conditions and opportunities for personal fulfillment.
