Abstract
This article deals with the relevance of the development of a portfolio of graduate students. The study suggeststhat the positive development of the portfolio contributes to motivation for educational and scientific achievements aspirantarazumnoy self-realization for the development of professional and general cultural competence, the ability to objectively assess the development level of their professional competence, building skills to present themselves and share the results of their work, improve the competitiveness of future specialists, forming well-functioning system of diagnostics of professional and personal development, self-development and professional self-improvement, the further employment of graduates.
