Abstract
The article describes a set of practical techniques for learning, assessment and quality management, approved the Kursk technological enterprise. Presents a set of methods reflects the essence of modern methodology within total quality management - reactive improvements. The author focuses not so much on the theoretical principles of this methodology, but rather on empirical (practical) the nature of the application of reactive improvements for the examination, evaluation and quality management of a facility, process or organization as a whole.
