Abstract
The risks of introduction of new energy technologies in a further optimization of the stability of the regional economy and noospheric development of Crimea are analyzes in the paper. Results of the study can be claimed in the course of testing of high-energy-saving technologies in the Crimean region. For a long time the industrial civilization was formed due to exploitation of hydrocarbon energy resources. However, the whole energy infrastructure, logistics of energy flows transportation can and must be change by using new energy technologies. The transformation of the energy system of the region, or a radical change of basic energy resources, will inevitably lead to economic, environmental, landscape, and other changes in the Crimea. Therefore, it is advisable to consider the risks associated with the effects of the replacement of conventional energy sources to the unconventional.
