In the article complexities of opening of musical school in St.-Petersburg are analyzed. For the decision of a task in view features of the future organization, the plan of its creation, a direction of training are concretized. Value of marketing policy of musical school, methods of its conducting and the subsequent influence on attraction of pupils is emphasized. High value of cooperation with the public is marked.
