Abstract
Factors of success of company McDonalds in the field of public catering reveal. The strict standards applied in the given company both in relation to employees, and to methods of business dealing are allocated. Value of the analysis of behavior of a consumer and efficient control is certain by it. The conclusion about effectiveness of a combination of separate methods of influence on a consumer and positioning of production on commercial success of the company is formed.
